This strategic move aims to strengthen NTN’s sales and technical service capabilities, ensuring better support for customers while driving business expansion in these key markets.

To accelerate growth in the Middle East and Africa, NTN has established a new sales company in anticipation of increasing market demand. The new company will focus on expanding and strengthening its aftermarket sales network by developing new distributor partnerships, streamlining sales operations, and optimizing commercial distribution. This initiative aims to enhance sales efficiency and drive profitability in the region.

With the new sales company, NTN aims to expand its market share in the aftermarket sector by actively driving sales initiatives across the Middle East and Africa.

In the MRO business, including industrial machinery maintenance, NTN enhances technical services by conducting bearing seminars, showcasing products, and providing hands-on training at customer manufacturing sites through dedicated technical service units. NTN is evolving its business model from solely product sales to offering value-added services, such as condition monitoring for bearings, leveraging advanced sensor technology.
